Tesco Misprices thread 13

Can anyone tell me what the policy is in Tesco for an item which has been purchased and is the wrong price. Yesterday I bought triple pack of mints x two packs. I normally buy them in Poundland but saw them on the shelf in Tesco for 75p (white label so not reduced) so thought I would buy 2 packs. I had bought various magazines with free items attached (I'll list these separately if not already listed), so I wanted to check my receipt before I left the store. That's when I noticed I was charged £1 each for the mints so I went to Customer Services and the man there went to check the counter. He came back with the 75p white label in his hand and said the boxes of mints had been put in the wrong place and it was other mints which should have been there. He offered to refund me but nothing else so I just kept them. Do they have a policy for this sort of thing happening?0

Have just picked up a £10 meal deal at Tesco's-
Chicken with Lemon and butter
Rosemary roast potatoes
Chocolate cheesecake
Pinot Grigio wine
And it went through without discount being deducted?0 -
Chocolate cheesecake isn't included. New York cheesecake is. You must have brought the wrong one, therefore the bill is correct.0
