If, as you say, the others that were sold are the same as this one then I completely agree that it is horrendously overpriced (especially when this one is just round the corner).

There are some unrealistic sellers out there but I would guess that people who would overprice their house by this much are in the minority.
I agree there are some unrealistic sellers out there. However the example I have seen is just bizarre because who in their right mind is even going to give that property a second look at that price.
I sometimes wonder what is in some vendors minds, I say that because I'm assuming they have set the price and not the EA, otherwise I'm afraid they are definately in the wrong business.0 -

If you did phone up about the correct house that is pimps, expect that house to still be on the market in 15 years time if they keep the price the same.0
