Dropped mine another 5% in Jan and still no joy had 3 viewings in 3 weeks but no offers - still the same houses for sale around me as well. Only thing thats moving is really cheap property in this area of S. Manchester anyways.0

Up in north Manchester it seems bargains go fast, reasonablely priced go in 6 months and the over priced are still there.
