Just been looking along the South coast again ..... the few properties coming to the market are asking at least 25% more than they were this time last year.
Sadly, for me, they are also going under offer at/close to the asking price .... it's sickening - but, I guess it the price we pay for a booming economy?
In the South, at least.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

Seriously this question keeps getting asked but never answered.
Which is worse, being stupid and paying a landlords mortgage or living with parents longer to save and buy a house, sorry if one of those on my ignore list has made a sensible answer and I missed it (100% of their posts so far haven't been worthy of my time).

Is it really that unreasonable that after 30 years of upbringing that your parents deserve some time for themselves rather than mollycoddling to 30 year old man-babies that run to mammie at the first opportunity? You are a joke, boy. Lest we forget your parents bailed you out and paid off your debts, yet you love to portray yourself as a 'success'.
