I had a Talk Talk rep turn up at my door a couple of days ago and they are saying that I can get free Broadband in my area now. The rep then continued to say that they have improved equipment in the exchange and made it possible to get a 20Mb connection which I find extremely difficult to believe as where I live is a good…

I have just had a call from these jokers. VERY annoyed about it. They totally pretended to be from talk talk and wanted to see a bill and asked all about how much I was paying etc but wouldn't give me their number! What can we do about this? I am not so worried about me being hassled by them but I also live in a rural area and I'm thinking about all the elderly people who live here and might be taken in by them.
