    Please help

It says on Moggins list to 'Run WM empty on a very hot wash.' Do I also add anything to the wash. I am sure earlier I saw white vinegar being mentioned.
Also does anyone know how to clean out DW....thanks

You can use bleach or white vinegar in the WM. Last time I used vinegar, this time I used bleach (will give it another rinse through). As for dishwasher no idea - we use the old fashioned way here!

you can add some white vinegar if you like to the WM. i put half a cup in the drum and half in the drawer. if you haven't got any don't worry. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=107326#post107326 this thread gives more info

for dishwasher, i use dw cleaning tabs every now and again, but i am sure there are other ways! i can't find anything much in the index, though i'm sure it'll be there somewhere. perhaps just run it empty on a hot wash with a tablet/powder in. also i clean the filters and take the arms off every now and again as i find the holes get blocked.

Thanks...I've looked at several suggestions and have put the WM on the hot wash with soda cystals in the powder drawer and vinegar in the conditioner compartment.
Now to go and do what rach suggests and clean the filter and arms of DW

    Thanks all

feeling a bit down today... DD2 again at doctors, her back still sore and she is getting frustrated at not being able to do her beloved gymnastics, I feel so sorry for her.

Maybe a good clean of the kitchen will cheer me up!!!! If I can get off this computer that is..:D

    To do:

    Moggins list

finish off living room from yesterdays list

    WM

make shopping list from menu plan

Right, radio on and away I go...
