Bizarrely i find it's cheaper to get from Holland & Barrett than our sainsburys because it's a larger pack size (our tesco is a tesco metro & has practically nothing in it!)Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!0

I know it can be a bit dodgy freezing rice due to the surface area etc so it must be worse for bulgar wheat I imagine.
Just thinking it would be timesaving to make 2/3 portions and freeze the space one(s) so I dont have to mess around making more when the time comes to have something quick out of the freezer.
Anyone have any pointers for me?

I found it in Sainsbury's in the end so thanks for the replies everyone.
It was 72p for 500g.
I went to Holland and Barrett but it cost 99p for the same amount there.0 -
Have you got an oriental mart anywhere near you? We have got one where they sell all sorts of grains, pulses and flours. Much greater variety and much cheaper than any supermarket or health shop.0

Are they all exactly the same thing?
If not then what is the difference and whats the best way to cook them? No instructions on my packet.
