What do you understand by the expression "inherently faulty", in the context of the statement "after six months the burden of proof is on the customer to prove that the item is inherently faulty"?

Inherently faulty means that the item was manufactured in a way that the item was always going to fail. For instance, a boiler with a pump that seized up after a month. You need to prove that the charger was manufactured in a way that it was bound to fail.

People would be a great deal more helpful if you were not so rude.
