I think you've done well today, especially since you're feeling under the weather. Be proud - you have acknowle3dged your issue, and done something about it by only taking cash out. That's real progress. As they say, Rome wasn't built in a day. It'll take time to be 'healed' of sm problems, but one step at a time is the perfect way to do it.

    You go girl!!!

Yes, get to bed and read a book or something to take your mind off it, then start again tomorrow. You can't change that now, but you can look after yourself. And that's an order! ;)

    Thanks Piq and PG.
I guess i just have to 'carry on taking the pills' and hope it improves. Once my disertation and exams are over and done with i will be able to be a bit more proactive in my fight against depression, but right now i barely have time to do anything at all.

Have to go food shopping today, so going as soon as i have dropped my son at school, i just want to get it over and done with. Wont be buying any meat, as i have enough already, so that will make it a bit cheaper. Going to have to really try hard not to spend too much today.

Went to L!dl and Mr M.

    Spent £26.12 in L
    Spent £13.56 in M
    Grand total of....£39.68! :)

Also go t 5 rolls of cellophane and some gift bags for Xmas, but thats not in my food budget so doesnt count.
Got quite a bit for my money, but i know i'l have to go back and get mik and bread during the week when i do my cheap meat YS run .

Also cleaned out the cupboard underneath the stairs and took loads of stuff to the charity shop. I kept the decent stuff as i am sure i will get round to setting up a seller account on eBay at some point!
Sorthed out the Xmas cupboard and now have everything i need, apart from presents!
  • Hope you're feeling a bit better today ...... remember to include some "me" time in amongst everything else (((hugs)))

    Hi everyone.
Am back on top form again today :)
Spent £20 on 14th, alcohol and chocolate and other junk that i didnt want or need :o
But have added it to my signature (week 3) and i am pretty sure that i should be OK not to spend anything (apart from money on petrol to get to uni on MOn and Tues) for the rest of the week.

    Today i have done:
    Checked OLB
    Defrosted baguette portions for lunch
    Read newspaper online.

    Still need to do today:
    AVOID SM
Write meal plan for the week

Sorry i have been absent, i have been buried in my essay and dissertation trying to distract myself from feel bleugh.
    Hope everyone is well?

Oh, also forgot to mention that whilst shopping the other day, i fancied buying old el paso quesilladas....they were £3.50!!!!
So, i remembered that i already have everything i need to make them, apart from the sauce. So bought the sachet of sauce for 79p instead!
