Was Friday the 1 month 'anniversary' it sounds like Tesco may have not automatically continued with the BB add on.

Have you tried resetting? Take battery and sim out and replace and see if that works. If not try doing a reset via Options->Security->Secure Wipe - take a backup of the things you need (photos, texts, contacts etc).
  • I worked in the repairs team for a large mobile retailer, and we used to get the 8520 returned all the time.

Awful, awful phone. Best of luck getting it sorted.

Ooo don't say that, I got one and its ok, cheap (at least when I got it) :D. Inbuilt browser is carp on it, but Opera Mini works a charm - let down by the slow scrolling. Few negatives but mostly positive from me. Battery life is great I think, even after a hours of browsing.
