OH been to tesco today, seems they have not carried the BB on this month, have re-activated it, should appear withing 24 hours, so we will wait and see!!!!0

Have you tried resetting? Take battery and sim out and replace and see if that works. If not try doing a reset via Options->Security->Secure Wipe - take a backup of the things you need (photos, texts, contacts etc).0

I worked in the repairs team for a large mobile retailer, and we used to get the 8520 returned all the time.

Ooo don't say that, I got one and its ok, cheap (at least when I got it)
. Inbuilt browser is carp on it, but Opera Mini works a charm - let down by the slow scrolling. Few negatives but mostly positive from me. Battery life is great I think, even after a hours of browsing. 0 -

Have to agree, my son's on mobile #4 each time a refurb being sent to replace his under warranty, I would say tho that the refurbs do look like new and have completely new housing on them4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0
