Yep,i'm using covers on my boy's duvets, got 2 single ones, plus 2 double ones for my parents, also my aunt got 5 doubles for her kids.
Got to keep them clean you know, for something so expensive:rolleyes: .
Thanks to the op, fantastic post.

I do hope you all get your duvets. I also use a cover on mine (may have said that before). You were lucky terminstor getting the display pillow. Jealous now, lol

  • Just seen this thread.
We just bought a microfibre 10.5 tog & I find it too hot - night sweats are the bane of my life. Was thinking of buying a goose down 9.0 tog.
Never heard of this company but discovered there is a shop 10 miles away.
Are the quilts still available in store at these prices - it might be worth me giving these a try.

I ordered a double quilt and 2 pillows on line last Sunday but I did not get a confirmation e-mail. It turns out it did not go through correctly. By the time I realised they had sold out on line. I rang around a few of the shops and managed to get them at Chester and picked them up on Saturday. Hope it was worth all the effort. Anything for a decent nights sleep.

I ordered Monday too, I just checked my account and it looks like the pillows are being dispatched but not the mattress covers, think i'll ring them and see whats happening.
  • Just been to Trafford store opposite the Trafford Centre Manchester. Had around 10 super king and 8 single wool quilts left if anyone is interested.

have had mine for a few days now (got the quilt and the matress protector) and to be honest the first night I tossed and turned as much as ever but have now had 2 nights where I've slept right through till morning and that's a first for a long long time. The duvet does feel a lot heavier than my last duvet and I think that takes a bit of getting used to so it will be interesting to see if this does what the manufacturers claim and not overheat you in the summer.

    Thanks OP good spot :)

I just went to my local store and there were a few left. I got a super king quilt (marked £37.49), a mattress topper (marked £19.99) and a pillow (marked as £19.99).

I passed all items through the till and was charged £47.48 ????

I didn't ask any questions but thought that either there were further reductions or a mistake had been made. When I got home I saw that the pillow was actually £9.99 and the mattress topper hadn't registered.

I wonder if I'll sleep easy?

I'm seriously considering making mine down to a King Size, to avoid buying loads of new covers, when there is nothing wrong with the old ones. Plus it nearly touches the floor at each side.
