I was so impressed I ordered a king size and then remembered that I only have double size covers - oops! Will have to buy more covers now I suppose.

Also ordered a single for son to take to uni. Just hope they are as good as they sound and they certainly sound good!

Im tempted to get the set of these, matress topper, duvet and pillows. Have known about the qualitys of wool after buying my dog merino wool, dog blankets but didnt realise you could get these as duvets.

Are you supposed to use them as they are though rather than putting a cover on them so that you get the full breathing and moisture absorbing properties from them? I have emailed Fogarty about this to see what they say. I hope thats not a really stuped question to ask ( i am known for asking stuped questions :p ) but if you dont ask then you dont know, thats what i always say.

Fogg1969 looking forward to your report tomorrow, (thats if you wake up from such a great sleep :D ) as i will use that as a basis for my decision, although like ksh123 states perhaps you should give it a couple of days for you to get used to them.

Would be very interested to know what Fogarty reply to you - please will you post it on here! If you don't need a cover, I won't have to buy new ones!

Tell us about them then Jaymac. I've often wondered if toppers are worth their money e.g. - do they help when your mattress has a "dip"? and how come (or maybe they do) they don't just get squashed into submission so you don't get the benefit?

Mind you, isn't foam a bit errrr sweaty? (sorry for indelicate question :))
    Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)

    Ok, here's my review.

First of all you notice how thin it is, yet it's really heavy. Much heavier than the bog standard hollowfibre duvet (that was 3 times as thick) that it replaced. It's feels like you're sleeping beneath a fire blanket, it's also quite rigid, so if you ruffle it up it takes a few seconds to drop back down in place.

As for the magical temperature regulation properties, I can't really comment. It just felt nice and warm. I suspect it'll be too hot for summer use when that comes, but can't tell for certain yet, obviously.

In short it's clearly a quality product, and I've no regrets at all for buying at £32. The pillows are comfortable, yet keep their shape. You'll only need one, IMO.

It may take a week to get used to, as I say it seems odd sleeping under something that's so heavy in comparison to what we used before. Don't think we'll be changing back in a hurry though.
