Big hi to my little man, thou bet hes not so little, battling assisgnment no 2, never be so glad to see the end of it.
DD asked about going out on fri - had to tell her about the court case, shes gots really upset, she told cafcass she wants nothing to do with him, weve never told her the truth.
Weve asked for cafacass officers to attend and give evidence as they've made a lot of mistakes and the one got disciplined, so that goes for us, Just hoping the right verdict gets sorted, otherwise really dread how dd going to take it, shes already under gp care.xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
You're right JJ isn't so little now !! He's just gone home now and I'm worn out.I must be getting old.Though you'd laugh as earlier he asked Grandad how old he was and Grandad answered him. Then he asked me how old I was and I said 21.he said he didn't believe me and that his Mum had said I'm in my 40s so I admitted I was 48..he then said but grandma you can't be 48 because you haven't got wrinkles so you must be in your 30s..bless him..
I hope the court case goes allright for you but in all honesty I wouldn't like to guess which way it will go but good luck anyway x0 -
Ah bless his heart see he hasn't lost his silver toungue.
Keep fingers crossed, the worst outcome is she has to has letters for 6/12 mths then get reviewed. As none of the cafcass officers will support direct contact, nor will the courts so thats one less worry.
Wish we luck, had a letter this morning, with my 1st back to work interview - that be a laugh within inselfs as with the lone parent advisior I saw before, its got to be done.
How are you, hows the sleep pattern, hows the settee, when we had ours Bailey soon claimed the 2 seater, - thats his new bed at night. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Good news haven't got to go to court, the solicotrs have come up with the agreement between themselves, basically the outcome that my solicior said the court would give.
Positives - haven't got to go to court
Negatives - Having to tell DD she'll be having letters, she said she doesn't want them, lifes not as simple, we just have to see how she gets on with the letter, the 1st one due June, good bit I'm taking her away end of May just the two of us, but were meeting some friends theyre going out 1st - they go on the wed as we fly on the sun, DD gets on brill with them, she calls them Aunty and Uncle, - we;ve got week and half with them and then couple of days just us,. should soften the blow.
Paid some more bills - all going the right way!

Yes he's still a little charmer..lol
Back to work interviews are ok.I'm due another one monday but it's 6 months since the last one and am not worried about it.You'll be fine.
I'm fine,Thanks.Sleep pattern is getting back to normal and still have to be careful not to do too much as still get exhaustion.
The new sofas are great and are very comfortable and thankfully Tess hasn't climbed on to them yet. She's sleeping a lot better now and not snoring as much.0 -
Def hoping that he'll get fed up of letter, but not quite as planned the magistates haven't agreed to the order, only my solicitor turned up, so they came up with a new proposal but whether he accepts don't know, so theres another court hearing booked, whether I have to go no idea yet.
But DD not taken it at all well thats shes got to have letters, so more fun and game.
But positive cinema this aftenoon and day up the coast 2mor.
More fun and games had my appointment through for gyny, got to have biospy, hate them thats in 2 weeks time... no peace for the wicked, just wish I could remember being wicked, think its coa of the prbs I had back in 1998 there jumoing straight to bisopy rather than another smear. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

Yipee - not 1/3rd of the way through thwe year yet, and i've just gone over my 1/3rd payments of my 5k that I want to pay this yr. xx
Nice to have something positive.
Not sure if I've been overcharged on OU course, if I have its £20, so rang and asked for a staement off them, not 100% sure, but if I have ovepaid better to get ti checked quicker than later.
had brilliant time at the cinema went to see Mirror Mirror, very mse as we took our own sweets and drinks in with us, used my nus card so saved about £1.50 on getting on,.
Next plan search for a free orange card, then top it up with £5, and try and go a see a film a month with DD, want to try and get out a bit more but still on tight budget, do us both good. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Slowly getting organised, i've decided on next yrs Open Uni courses, just got to work out best way to do the start dates, and fingers crossed that I'll get funding, not going to tackle that yet.
Debt front, just paid another £120 today, just £40 to come out now, thats DD on end of the month, so plodding aling, now at 36%, so well in to achieving my 5k target.
Not a bad weekend, DD had yesterday and today at her friends, worked out well, as IBS been playing up, think its all the nerves of the court case etc, just hoping this will be the last hearing.
bar that been quiet, the weather been so bad, had thunder and hail earlier... xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
