The plan is try to stay positive.... took DD to NT again, went on tractor + trailer ride round a deer park, it was beautiful, they were so gorgeous, dad decided he and the dog go for 3 mile walk!
Stopped pub way home, cheaper deal, dad and I went halves (but I had £5 voucher) only pd £5, very mse...... and dog loved it, he had 10oz gammon for dinner!

Hopefully all the letters would have arrived today, once creditors get the letters there not allowed to contact me for 30 days, ne some breathing space, see whether they agree with CCCS, again trying to be positive.

DD got herself worked up, as shes realised now Sept, that it means her dad can write to her, tried reassring her thats its just ink on a piece of paper, but guess we're have to cross that bridge when we come to it, back to school wednesday. Miss her.

Good news all went well as DD went back to school today, brand new teacher to the school, she came home happy, sp hopefully that keep her on the up for a bit.

Money front - spoke to CCCS and they went through the budget and we made a few adjustments, but it came out in my favour, just by £8 but all helps, the 1st payment for that be 1st Oct, but they've wrote to all the creditors for me, this month just make token payments, feels such a relief, I don't know how creditors will react, not expecting an easy ride, but cross that bridge when come to it.

Feels weird using new bank account, but good as its in credit and thats how its going to stay.

It sounds daft tonight, DD went for a walk with dad, and I could give her £1 to get some sweets without panicing as to how need to replace it, bless her heart she brought me a can of lemonade, she really does have a heart of gold.

Next step try and get OU sorted tomorrow, so fingers crossed. xx

Plans weekend - think were going out pond dipping ova weekend, but taking the dog this time for a good walk,
Then next week, gut my bedroom, and plan to sort out Sept and Octs budget, as i've got to pay Septs payments but have Octs money ready for 1st Oct, tight month, but manageable with new figres, once got the 1st month sorted should flow easily, (she says with deep breath!!). xx

More films filled in for OU and returned, so should be online for course in October.

DD started new tap class 2ngt, she said it went ok, so fingers crossed.

New accont working well, check my own line account every couple of days, but also started a dairy, theres some cheques that haven't claeared but bank account saying £200 more in my favour, really intend to stay on top.

budget wise going off track this month but having to chop and change my budget, but its all balanceable, Oct should be easier useing this as trial and error month.

My GP rang bless hin, he;s putting me forward for a pain management clinic, how long have to wait not sure, but on list, and we seem to be getting somewhere,

Weekend plans never came off DD was shattered bless her, so stayed in for wend, always go again, shes off horse riding at wend, with Red Cross, shes looking forward to that, gd for her to get out and not worry, xx

Just realised not organised and set myself Septs payments - so tomorrow be cheque writing paying this months payments, (£133 if added up red figures right!!) as Oct pay CCCS and they distribte the money for me.

    aqua -£ 20 - paid £20
    cap1- £20 -paid £20
    bcard - 69 -£15
    halifax £169 -£15
loan -£70 - £0 - accepted zero payments - bu we have sum money for them
vanquis - £18 - £18 - accepted CCCS proposal and extended the due date
    bank acc-£0 £27 - acceptd cccs proposals
evans- £23 - £15 - didn't want any money but pd £15, and they have accepted the cccs payments

I've just gone through my new statement from new account with a fine toothcomb, I'm over being over panicking or over organised, but have spreadsheet set up for expenses, and also brought mid yr diary, the stubs in cheques are not big enough for everything.

Good news I'll end Sept with £1 spare, - pretty gd going as paid tiny amounts off debts and got octs cccs payment to cover.

Finished another xmas prezzie 2ngt, - green and white mix crocheted blanket, sone 2 jumpers, friends little boy, he'll be 6 mths at xmas, - blanket was wool left from jumpers. Nearly all sorted for xmas, just got mum, dad, DD to get, couple small bits to finish presents, bulk is done.

Want to get organised as new OU course starts 6th Oct, level 1, Social sciences, want to do well in it.

Be quiet nxt week DD gos away with school 3days/ngts, adventure centre, she can't wait. xx

Thats the only part of my life that is organised!!

Sods law, sod DD pandora bracelet on ebay, she had it off her other grandparents and the seller is being a prat, he bidded in the last 10 seconds of auction, brand new with charms, worth £85, he paid £45. My betting is he brought it and didn't look at the size as its a childrens bracelet, he's now saying its not new!

So nice Saturday ngt argument!! Reported him to ebay for abuse, so he's opened a not as new complaint....

on a positive went to a food fair and had lots of samples, and there was some gorgeoues mulled cider! xx
