When I switched from Vodafone pay-monthly to Fresh pay-as-you-go I had a number of "issues" with Fresh not getting things right, and they kindly credited £10 to my account. Twice!

i went into 2 different stores, the top up thing is so confusing,even the staff are confused ! my current contract finishes June 4th,but it seems i wont benefit from the 'triple deal' as the credit will become void after June 11th. My wife is on this deal now but the credit balance line & system is nothing short of confusing !never put off buying a bargain today,it may be gone tomorrow0

Studying the carphone warehouse site they appear to state that you pay 5p for your calls - anywhere, anytime.
Well unless I'm stupid or blind I cannot find anywhere that says that the call is 5pence PER MINUTE.
The way I read it is that you need only pay 5 pence for every call that you make and if you are with the CPH then you should be able to claim any other charges back, shouldn't you?

Deal is that the call actually costs 15p a minute but because you are getting £30 of credit for every £10 then that effectively cuts the cost by 2/3 to 5pLangers0
