Fresh are now offering £30 of calls if you buy a Fresh SIM and add £10 top up so that works out at 5p per min any network and 1.7p per text, beat that!!!

Seems a great deal if you use the phone a lot.

The promotional credit is valid for 30 days from date of top-up and will only be decremented once the inital credit is used up.

Yes - the promotional offer is valid only for 30 days as Mr Mutton pointed out - still a great deal if you use the phone a lot.

Yes that's about the size of it

£30 for £10 first topup although that has to be used in the first 30 days, even then it's a cracking deal as you only have to make 1 call every 60 days to keep account alive and credit stays on (I hope!!).

It's not just the first topup is it?

although the first lot of credit does only last 30 days, couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone at the shop in Canary Wharf and was too busy to hang about.

    Anyone else know?

  • I tried Carphone Warehouse at the weekend and they quoted the same Fresh deal but wanted to attach this only to a credit or debit card ( no cash ) in case my Fresh Account ran down to or near zero pounds. My reply was sorry ???? any one else had the same expience ?

    Hi all,

i got the fresh sim the other day and yeah the call charges are great but the coverage is crap!!

I live in west london and was assured that i'd have no problems..but i've been unable to make calls and texts and to top it off people have tried to call me but apparently my phone is switched off when it is most definately ON!!

Also, dont top up through Fresh (08456555000) themselves because when i tried to the guy very kindly told me to go through CPW because then i'll get the special triple credit offer.

Left voda because they messed me around but at least i never had any coverage problems with them..oh well!

Guess that's more the fault of T Mobile as Fresh piggy backs their network.

We had the same problem in Chiswick but only in our flat as outside it was fine, moved to Acton and coverage is brilliant (thats not why we moved by the way!!).

I suppose you just need to speak to a few T Mobile users you know in the area and see how they are doing.

Well finally ported over yesterday only to discover number ported with a bar so could only receive calls. Called Customer Services (use the term loosely!!) and they did eventually remove it but now find that voicemail isn't setup.

Had to call them again (10 minute hold) and then they sent a service message which I had to delete and the ring again for the number!!!

The service is great value but customer service is rubbish!
