haven't done much in the way of DFWing today...
Basically I've come back to the site, and hopefully make new friends.
Then get on my way to becoming a DFW.Watch this space.... Will update soon!0 -
Hi all
Great to see another Bristol poster redsam...We also love our woodburner and have been merrily burning scrounged wood all winter. First haul of hardwood logs only bought this weekend so we did pretty well really.
DNMS you are doing better than me as I planned to go to the gym and sauna today but scampered home instead. Left home at 6am and got back at 8pm so had had enough by then...it's turning cold again too.
Art noble- welcome!
Well today went pretty well.
-did spend £3 on a sandwich but that was it
- OH sold the car - it had an MOT today and passed so was immediately transferred to its new owner. I can bank the cash tomorrow and that should pay off the BC bill... Wey hey!
- charged phones on train and at work
- lovely SC pasta dish for tea
- nice chat with my sis and she phoned me
- wrote the insurance letter..at last..I have been very slack...but still not posted so can't completely strike it off the To Do list!!
- made a PAD
Think that's it. So a slow day but given I was working that's OK! Must do expenses tomorrow though as they need to be done weekly at the moment to help me with cash flow...:o amazing how I can be glued to the office for 10 hours and still not get around to it. Did write the letter at top speed in between loads of meetings and stuff so did at least get that done and you can't have everything you want in life:rotfl:
Hope everyone has a great eve

I think I'm off to town today so DS can spend his xmas and birthday money - as well as new uniform and other bits I need to pay for - depends what time he emerges from his pit...teenagers lol
Today's list:
- check online banks
- clicks, surveys, bingo etc
- was supposed to be going out for tea with nanna but she's had a fall and not up to it so will take DS somewhere cheap n cheerful and pop in to check on nanna and taker her some shopping
- washing drying on airers
- try not to buy too many frivolous stuff if we go to town
Have a lovely day everyone x
