    Very Sensible Point. :)

I will always include a Mortgage as a debt, its the biggest one you will ever have and has the most responsibility and last the longest. Some people forget this and say "I own my own home" ....that should be "I own my own home via a the bank/building society agreement". It doesn't sound as nice but its the truth until that final payment has been made. You never know what could happen over 20-25 years. It should also be your priority to pay it off as soon as possible (providing your bank lets you of course) :money:
  • Hi everyone :hello:

Big hugs to the Stitching Witch :grouphug: I hope you get something new job-wise soon. It's not good that it can leave you in tears. I received an email to say that one of the top guys here has left to 'focus on his health and family' - I couldn't help thinking how bad it must be at the top if your health and family come in second and third place…

    Here's my small things:
    • - Knitting MIL a tea cosy for her bday (like the one in my new avvy :D) with yarn from my stash
    • - Yoga coursework x 2 (again I've left it to the last minute  )
    • - Night in with OH - him planning his new job app. and me planning what I'm going to say when my old boss's new boss calls me about the job I applied for. Eek, slightly nervous! (But slightly pleased that he said it was great to hear from me re the vacancy!)
    • - Checking out free kindle books
    • - Brought lunch and snacks to work

    xx
  • - Knitting MIL a tea cosy for her bday (like the one in my new avvy :D) with yarn from my stash
I've just taken a closer look and realised I've got that teacosy in my kitchen, but I did it in different colours! How spooky is that???

Bleurgh is the only word to describe today, locking nmyself away in the garden shed is becoming very appealing.

Not much dfw going on today in the Hinge house, did have alot of MS work planned for today but I had a panic attack and a sea of tears on the way to this first shop and couldn't face it today, have reseduled for tomorrow. Need to give my head a shake.

DS bedding is dry all night for the first time in over 18months

:T he is a little diamond.

WM on catching up with everything else, still using washing powder from a trial before xmas... got 2 big boxes that will see us through about 6 months!

surveys today £2.25 banked and another £15 voucher ordered.

picked up some reduced fruit and veggies yesterday and now have a freezer full of HM baby food for the pricely sum of £3.29 for 3weeks at least.

time to shut the curtains and snuggle under the duvet, will do some more knitting once baby goes to sleep.

Hi Determind...yes he got a job pretty quick, less money but he did get a pay off, which kept us above water for for a few months, keeping the debts and bills paid. I have got a long way to go to get rid of my debts but will hopefully will be a little less stressfull!

other half is currently out and about collecting free wood for the pile to try out...more money saving, I am now on a major mission to save electricity especialy since the prices have risen so much!
