Actually I think she was a scapegoat. We all know that store after store run shoddy policies.

What about all the staff who have taken loads of the recent £1 items before they even make it to the shop floor?

If Mr Clarke wishes to contact me directly, I could furnish him with the details of dozens of stores with corrupt management and the antics that go on. My guess is though they can't be bothered to clean up their mess.

Hugs for Helen, hope you find another job soon.

Come on FK, she and her o/h got caught doing a dtd.

Agree with your sentiment that others are doing far worse.

My guess is that H/O don't give a FF just so long as the till keep ringing.

Helen good luck finding another job.

Then again with all that knowledge you could probably make a full time living out of Mr T :D

I have price checked on thursday and yesterday but no email back so far.
I am starting to think i am doing something wrong. Has anyone got any suggestions please :(

you are limited to 10 pricechecks in one month per email address. If you haven't submitted 10 pricechecks, then re-submit your details. sometimes it works if you slightly alter the date/time. i.e if your receipt (time) says 0915, then input 915 instead. Ignoring the zeros ad re-submitting can work.

    Good morning all
    Happy birthday Freddiesmum....Oh to be 21 again!!...(or even 41 again :o)
Shrouded in fog down here....so won't be gardening this afternoon as planned.

I did ask a couple of days ago if the big WHS stores stock Ipads or Galaxy tablets....or anything along those lines?
I've £160 vouchers burning a hole in my pocket and am contemplating whether it's worth a trip to Exeter to spend them.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Come on nothing, its Tesco's fault for running such ruddy stupid policies! Theres little wonder staff create their own perks, their stores are under staffed, the staff are poorly trained and the genuine perks of the job are about nil.

I still say if I'd have been Helen I'd have gone to the meeting to actually see what they had against me! If all they had was the fact my live in partner had taken advantage of their generous offer of compensation (lets not forget here advertising something at twice the price it should be carries a hefty fine from trading standards) then I'd have laughed at them. Firstly I think they are on a sticky wicket trying to hold her responsible for the actions of someone else, but even more importantly how can they hold them responsible for something that isn't illegal and is a genuine Tesco policy??? Only Tesco could try and blame someone else as usual for their own incompetence.

Can I put my soap box back int he cupboard again now? :D

Well donoe you, sounds like a blessing in disguise.

Just out of interest, did you go to the meeting? I'm just nosey and wondered what exactly they'd managed to drag out of your murky past by interrogating your privelege card.
