My sis in law works for T and is terrified of management, she won't even buy anything mispriced for fear of reprisals but she knows of plenty of staff who have someone on the "outside" to pick up their bounty.
She thinks they are the main lurkers.

Yep I can fully imagine that.

Other stores though are very different. My local, the SA's in their breaks go and get the recutions and theres a couple of till supervisors who whilst working will grab 5 mins to come and join the scrum. All against T's rules of course, but it goes on in some stores whilst in others its a disciplinary. I think its the inconsistency that irritates many staff.

My comments of dishonesty may have been strong, but its all stuff I've witnessed first hand with my own eyes. One store I go in, all the ready meals and pizzas don't come out for reductions. Once all the bargain hunters have gone home, they all come out in carrier bags into the boots of the suits cars outside. I could name the store and the managers.

Remember the pink peony that scanned cheap. Watched a pair of managers removing it from a cage and taking it to the boot of their car.

Electrical clearance. I watched a manager carry two laptops to his car after telling a lady who'd been waiting ages for one that there were non left.

I could reel off these stories all afternoon.

Thanks. I'm sure thats the one I scanned a little whole back! Was 99.99 but had ood SEL for 49.99 but scanned at lower price.

I was almost thankful as I'd have felt a right !!!!!! going through the checkout with one of those. I suppose if asked I could have blagged it and said I was trialling it to see if it firmed up my man boobs! :rotfl:

I don't understand this 10 pricecheck per month thing?!!
I just checked the price check terms and conditions:

    - Price check requests limited to 10 per calendar month per household
    - Total amount of price check vouchers claimed are limited to £100 per calendar month
    - Max value of price check voucher capped at £20
    - Only one price check voucher may be redeemed per household per day

What a load of carp - think i broke each rule .... :D

I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find

Afternoon, just nipping in really quickly as am really doing some work today;)The sun is shining and it's gorgeous here now:)Been lurking on and off without logging on just to make sure I don't miss anything;) Someone mentioned they didnt get their loo rolls from milk&more as they were out of stock. If they nip over to the original board that posted the deal theirs a bit of advice about it because it happened to a few people. I had a feeling it might happen so ordered different stuff for my delivery tomorrow;);):T
Right back to work, over and out:)

    I totally agree FK.
The worst comment I got during the electrical reductions was from a manager of that department.
She smuggly smiled and said, "we've been in the stockroom all day scanning, so if there was anything we would have got it already!!"
