    nutella 400g offer price £1 x 2
mcvities ginger nuts offer price 54p x 1

Hi, ty all for the hugs, much appreciated, Im not sure how to do multiple quotes, but I will try to clarify the situation a little for you guys.

He has a aunt in this country and we have spent time there which for me was not the best! Basically when we were there it was so hot I couldnt do much with the kids, didnt have access to a car and it was too hot to go far with them, so it was pool side all the time (not a real life scenario).

Although being told it would be cheaper to live there compared to UK, I found it more expensive! Eating out is something they do a lot over there and is more expensive than nice restaurants near me.

So it was a trial run while we were there last summer, to which I and my DD didn't really enjoy the experience much and I longed to get home at the end.

He won't have a proper job to go to, it will be here and there (just weekends) and jobs are hard to find in the summer months.

He knows I did not enjoy the experience and struggled to do things with the kids.

He visits and helps them every 2-3 weeks as it is, and has built friendships, but not with families, just single people and a gay couple.

He said, home does not feel like home to which I replied home is where the heart is...but he just said he didn't have a home anymore

I cannot even consider moving with him now as I have zero security with him after saying these things. What if we had all moved and he still had these feelings?

I have explained to him that real life will be much different than his experiences he has every 2-3 weeks.

I did ask if he had met someone over there, to which he replied no.

I have a list of reasons for me and the kids to stay in the UK and the only reason for moving is better weather!!!

    Sorry to ramble.

So sorry to read of your situation - do you mind me asking, what country is it? Are there any health issues/language issues to think of, if you were to give it a trial? What about the children's schooling, would they have to go to an International School (very costly)? Can you/anyone just 'go and live there'? Do you need visas? Do you think he has really thought this through?

    Oops, morning!

Well OH made it home early last night so thought we would pop to local for a drink. We have only been once before as we dont do alcohol but thought it would be nice to spend an hour together and have a snack/meal.

first pub stopped doing food at 8 as it was too quiet so drank up and decided to try a pub outside of the village.

    Mistake 1

The dreaded moment when you realsie you are the only people there apart from the lonely fellow in the corner whos worse for wear. before we had even asked for our drink he asked me if i knew where he could get some cocaine cause he was fed up of weed!! Me being me answered politly then ordered drinks.

    Mistake 2.

Could hardly breath for the smell of dogs and didnt know where to look when the landlord let out an almighty burp whilst pouring my drink! the coke resembled neat mix from soda stream but i didnt have the heart to tell the landlord so forced it down.

Man at bar plonked himself down at our table and tried to make polite conversation. OH buried his head in leaflets and was sniggering behind me and revelling in my discomfort. Man wanted lift, landlord was stood behind him shaking his head at me to say no. so i told him sorry we were going other way. Felt awful as he told me not to worry no one wants him in their car. Spent 10 mins trying to be polite whilst forcing syrup down my throat and listening to my OH being told how lucky he was!

Then there was the awkward moment where no one has anythign to say but just keep starring and smiling and all you can do is smile back.

Man next to me, who by the way insisted on being called Frog, put his hand on his stomache and let out a burp, he then pulled a strange face, moved hand to his rear and pulled a funnier face. Stood up and excused himself. Walked off towards toilet to leave me and OH starring at his obviously soiled shell suit bottoms.

Sharp exit whilst wrenching. Now i know why i dont drink or go out very often.
