Don't be silly, Lucy is her goldfish and regularly goes extreme couponing. ;)

Probably:rotfl: I posted on here about seeing JW towards the start but LW didn't seem to appear for a few days. Second batch? Has anyone on here done that?

Don't suppose that DeanGollytheviking Goulsbra is someone on here? They've posted that one of my tips was the best they'd seen.
Hope they didn't think I was serious, although taken at face value it is eminently sensible:rotfl:

poor cow? Classic 60's Ken Loach film. Was X-rated at the time but would seem a bit tame now. Situations are still familiar today however?

very true artha , he sees life as it is , as it was and as it will be .

the over used phrase ' gritty realism ' springs to mind .
I must admit i liked the wind that shakes the barley ...and you can't mention Loach without mentioning Kes , it would be rude , the school football match still makes me laugh even after all these years and views .

Right you orrible lot, I got a conundrum for you.

Found some spend and saves today.....5 off 30...they come from the nutricentre. it doesn't however say 5 off 30 of their products and the terms and conditions say present your clubcard. It also says not to be used on ciggies, petrol, phones etc etc the usual blurb.

I have however tried using one and it won't work. Tried pressing the SA as to why and she just said required spend not met.

Anyone else found these and worked out how to get them to work or do I have to buy a wheelbarrow full of whey protein to get it working?

In theory, if I was to place a casserole dish full of water in the oven and slowly turn the temperature up once the oven got to 100*C the water in the casserole dish should boil?

I've just tried this, and if that is the case then I've proven that not only is the thermostat in my oven well and truly knackered but also the oven thermometer that I purchased from Lakeland is also a load of rubbish!

don't waste all that energy and boiling water , put some eggs in there !

    Hi Nikki,

Kind of you to ask. :)

I'm doing okay, cravings have pretty much gone completely. Really noticing that my sense of smell is coming back big-time. :T Only downside is the carp I cough up as my lungs attempt to clear out some of the rubbish attached to them.

    OB

btw. Ashamed to admit I got a Jennifer Anniston/Brad Pitt question correct on the quiz today. Sorry, folks. :o

It'll become easier OB and all the old engine oil that's stuck on your lungs will stop surfacing , your breathing will become easier , taste and smell will return etc etc ...
you'll them smell the aroma of cigarette smoke on someones clothes or a cigareete end freshly put out in their pocket and think to yourself ...jeepers I used to smell like that , I'm so glad I gave up . Keep it up .

No forgiveness here for getting that question right ...no sireee .

In my coupon frenzy last night I completely forgot to go upstairs to see if there were any £1 clothes. I've not seen any posts about this today....was it a bit of a damp squib?

The only clothing worthwhile in my store was kids. I got boys jeans £10 down to £2 and boys tshirts £5 down to £1. But she accidentally cancelled the £1 tshirt he he
