Evening everyone or should I say night?? Thought I would write a quick post before bed, LO is asleep and I'm shattered too! We've been on a 5 T's tour today! Total spend after vouchers and DTD was £22!!!!:j:j
I have taken a pic for you all but HC's photo uploading link in the 1st post isn't working and I def need a step by step guide haha! Anyhow got some interesting things with vouchers. In the clearance sections look out for Pantene things I got 400ml curl shampoo (old packaging), leave-in conditioner and a repairing serum which were all around 99p so free:D
Got DTD in every store!!!
Store 1 - printer cartridges with OOD 3for2 label
Stores 2&3 - the pampers nappies (just bought 1 pk in each so they were free)
Store 4 - printer cartridge b1g1f until nov 2012????? but no offer applied at till and small little charley bears OOD SEL £4.97 save £2
Store 5 - colgate toothpaste £1 but scans £1.99 and offer applied 2for£3 but she gave me full amount back!
Also look out for the Oral-B 123 toothpaste with OOD SEL for £1 it scans at £1.29 so after £1 voucher and DTD in profit by 29p per tube! Only had 2 tubes left in 1 of the 5 stores but every little helps:rotfl:
Oh and got a T's radio for £2, it's a smallish one great for the kitchen/office. Let me know if anyone needs more info or barcodes. I know I'm being vague!

i dont know what brand they are anymore as i left them at my old place when i moved.
Thank you but I went to T's and the ones I wanted had no price and weren't on file, cue a bit of frustrated whinging from yours truly, manager said "Oh, sell them to the lady for a......er.........fiver" so I was happy, thought I'd got about £3 off at least, until I checked online.....

I think people have to 'like' your comments in specific categoies ... but I'm not sure as I'm still a 0% people person and somebody from here has 'liked' a Family and Friends comment which I thought should have got me this sticker.
Off to bed now but I'll search you out tomorrow ... BTW how to you search for a user?0 -
Evening/Morning guys. I've had a mixed day
Mam has been quiet today but ok, and has not passed any more blood. My sister and I were talking to the nurse who was on duty on Saturday 11th Feb when Mam was found with massive haemorrhaging. I knew that it was not loose, flowing blood, but was clots, but what I did not fully understand was that the 'clots' were almost fist-sized and the nurse said they thought that Mam was a 'goner' at that point. They had gone in her room first thing on that morning and Mam was sitting there holding up her right hand and it was covered in blood, and she was very distressed. This makes us even more annoyed and astonished that they did not call the doctor in. My sister was told that the docs work 5 days a week and have weekends off, except in an emergency. I wonder just what is classed as an emergency
Anyway, as I said, we are happy with Mam's progress as she has not passed any blood for 3 days now and is getting just a little of her colour back. Problem is, without knowing where the blood was from and what caused it,we don't know if/when it will return and what damage has been done
I took my sister shopping at Mr T lunchtime, before we went down to see Mam, to show her what to look for and if we could find any of the bargains listed lately. While we were checking out the chocolates, Mr 3Dogs rang me and he sounded terrible, in great pain again. He hadn't even been able to get dressed, never mind get the bus into town. I put him on to my sister so she could hear him, and see how bad he sounded and she was shocked and said he should ring the doc to get someone out to see him. I got back on the phone and told him that I was going to ring the docs and ask for a call-back from a doctor, which I did, and our registered doc rang him straight away, saying he thought he would need to go back into hospital but that he would send another doc out to assess him. Mr 3Dogs rang me back about 45 minutes later to say doc had been, examined him and said that the pain was nothing to do with his appendix op last week, but more to do with his sciatica which was getting worse due to him having to take it easy to protect the op wound. Doc told him to take 8 co-codamol and 3 diclafenic a day and try to potter about a bit to try to loosen up his muscles. He can't however do the exercises to ease his sciatica as these pull on the area where the wound is
Mr 3Dogs had a sleep after this as the pain had eased somewhat, before the doc had come, and he rang me again at 7.15pm, in agony. He told me that he had gone to Mr T in March and got some bread, marg and orange squash. He has not felt like eating at all due to the pain and lack of sleep, so thought he would get bread so he could have a slice when he needed to take his tablets. I asked him if he had been ok on the bus and he told me he'd driven the van  I told him off but he said that he'd had to check if he could drive so he could pick me up from station on Wednesday  That is two days away and he could change massively by then. Anyway, he was going to bed again after our chat so I have to see how he is in the morning, and ring the docs to ask them to deliver his tablets he is waiting for, as I know that Tuesday is delivery day for our village
His calls when we were in Mr T really worried me and when we finished our shopping, we went to the till and I mistakenly put my stuff through separately and it was only when my sister's went through for £32 that I remembered that we were meant to put them through together to use a £5 off £40 voucher, so we missed out on thatBarleySugar wrote: »3dogs,
