It seems to me that Boots have a real problem when discounts are combined like we saw with the vitamin glitch-it goes totally pear shaped!
Now if only they were cheaper and sold more stuff than health and beauty products...oh wait isn't that shop called something else...T...no I just can't think of the name of it!!!
i agree that the way their till works is different to most other retailers when it comes to discounts, vouchers, and mocs.
actually, there used to be a boots thread that works out the boots discounts and voucher combinations...it used to be VERY rewarding to shop at boots...i remember an occasion where i got 6 bottles of listerine, 4 santuary big boxes, 6 benefit sharpeners, and about 30 pens/sticks of no17 eye liners, and some fifteen toothbrushes (1p each). got about 15 pounds worth of points and paid 6 pounds for all the above.
i also had 1 year's supply of trevor sorbie haircare stuff for about 20p. (two for 1p after combining vouchers).....
all the girls in my dorm received 2 eyeliners and one sharpener each as christmas pressie :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Well as promised a quick resume.........as guessed by someone earlier, todays DTD's consited of the oblogatory phones and an ipod dock. How come its always the same items the pop up time and again??? Out of 16 stores though only 2 had ood SEL's that I found. me wonders if HO is tightening up and ripping into stores with poor records regarding DTD?0

Thank you kind Sir, glad there was only the one token ice cube as I don't like too much ice! I'll fish out the umbrella, and if there's a next time can I have a dash of Pepsi Max please rather than coke, not that I'm ungrateful or anything!
sir frequent, knight of the aisle, like it, good idea MagicSorry I might not have made that clear. I have a main personal email address. I have several others for various purposes. You can set any email address to automatically forward a copy of mail received to another email address. This is what I do with some of my email accounts so that I don't have to log in and check each account. So all of my Tesco price check accounts forward the emails to the one I use on a daily basis HTH:)
