  • Here's an intresting one for you. Just looked at a price check that came in earlier.

    1 x TESCO ORGANIC WHOLE MLK 4 PINT2.272 LITRES. £ 0.42

4 pints of organic milk for 42p?? Showing on the T's website at £1.69.

This receipt was from saturday or sunday. Might be worth looking out for if this is the milk you buy! Or even if it's not, 42p for 4 pints sounds like a bargain to me!

I bought one of them yesterday to make rice pudding (usually get semi-skimmed) and it was £1.69 as I've just checked my receipt. Either it was a glitch which was fixed by yesterday at 7pm or it was just in your store. Maybe they had loads about to go OOD and they reduced the price for them all?
Worth looking out for just in case (but full price in D*ndee K'Way;)).

    It's only a game

Sad to read on the coupon thread, and I think someone has mentioned it on here, that the £5 off WYS £40 promotion in T has ended. Coupons issued last week are valid for this week, but no more are being issued on this week's £40 shops. Has scuppered a few plans I had for my current Pricecheck vouchers!

yeah no new 5off wys £40 today

 After being AWOL for what seems like forever, I have finally caught up and am back :j

After getting over cold I had the other week, I then preceded to get a tummy bug (just when the price changeover was going wrong at t's ), then just as I was getting better OH, got my tummy bug and my internet decided it only wanted to connect for a max of 1hr 30 mins every 6 or so hours

Anyway, internet now reconnected, well at least until 12 tomorrow, when sky call me back and tell me to disconnect it so they can run some tests. Then who knows if it will work after that :(

Tummy and cold all better, but after being off all of my meds for a wk, I keep getting head rush and feeling light headed if I do too much

Good news is my dad came home from hospital on friday and has walked his first few steps since being admitted on 8th Jan :j.
Bad news, all medical staff have now abandoned any interest in any kind of care for him, with the exception of some district nurses a couple of times a wk at most and have decided that my mum is some kind of superwoman  and it would appear that his leg may already be infected again :( Dressing changed today and swabs taken, so just waiting on a blood test now and the results of the swab.
If he needs antibiotics, he will probably have to be readmitted to have them intravenousley as because of his low immune system, they take too long to work otherwise.

    Anyway enough about me.

Bensonsmum - I am so sorry to hear about your FIL getting worse. Feel free to talk to us as much as you want. It must very hard for your DH to see his dad like this and you do need to be strong for him, but remember to do this you need to have someone to talk to, too.
Sending both you, your DH and FIL loads of :heart2:and :grouphug:'s

Magicowen - I'm am sorry to hear that your grandad passed away yesterday :( I know things will seem really hard for you and your family right now, but try to remember all the lovely things about your grandad and how special he was, and bring these thoughts to mind, whenever you are feeling sad.

A very good evening to you all :)

Mad just burning some grool so I've gotta be quick.....

Went wombling and found a bunch of car keys in a trolley C*o*lchester Asda. Handed into security.

If they are yours, how the hell did you start your motor? :rotfl::rotfl:

Hi Mad, really missed your posts about what you are having for tea :D
The Waitrose coupon was a £10 off £60 spend, but I'm not likely to spend that much in there....shame the 'Mission' coupons don't have Waity's as an option :D
Not my car keys, although these are what I usually accidentaly drop if I am trying to womble a random receipt :rotfl::rotfl:

Hi all. Hope you're all ok. Does anyone know how to get the "problem solved" sticker on SSM? I've asked questions which have been answered but no sticker. Is it referring to something else and I'm being dumb maybe? Sorry about this!

Think you go to your posts tab, look for one that has a reply then click the make best link

Sorry to be vague, but did read a post about it earlier today

  • Now that is quite disturbing, but not that surprising really, given that it's Tesco. I'm finding I use my clubcard less and less in store now as I don't use it for jtd's and that's about all I buy/spend in there now.

Can I ask why people don't want to use their cc when getting or using JTD. I'm new to all this, I've always been careful when shopping that I don't get ripped off, but it's only since I found this thread that I found out about price checker. Now after every shop at T's (which is only once a week) I enter my details on p/check. So far I've had about 4 vouchers which I've happily used. Should I be wary of using them?

PS I'm too chicken to try for DTD! :rotfl:

    Thanks

Hi All, i've been trying to keep up but lappy is so slow and work is manic that I'm just too pooped in the evenings to be able to read everything - but big hugs to all those with sad news xx
Managed to get on SSM just at the right time, but now i cannot print my coupons, i can't even get the tab to open to show which ones i have. Any ideas what i can do?

I've had the same issue today, just keep ending back at the posting page when on IE. I can get to my rewards with FF but annoyingly I can't print them as the coupon printer won't install. Looking at the wall there a few people who are having the same issue so hopefully they will fix it before the laundry even ends :D Hope all those who posted genuine tips get their prizes ok - and anyone posting spam deserves not to get them :p

Oh, if anyone has any of that outdoor reared pork mince from a few months back and is wondering what to do with it, it makes a lovely lasagne.

Will do my best to keep up with you all, but rest assured, if I come across any glitches or bargains, I'll be posting on here x

i wonder if they do dell ink. aparently i have to order it online on there website only.but i will be looking for a cheaper alternitive

If you cant find compatible inks Google to see if you can refill them. I did this when my Canon had just be released as no one at the time was making compatibles. I got my ink via eBay for £14 delivered from the states. Managed to refill each cartridge 20 times.
