Penjohn, if you have exhausted the complaints process at csa next step is ICE. I have put my case to NACSA for review as I have been told that they are really good, I just want their feedback and advice about how best to approach the next steps.

Think the problem is no solicitor will take the CSA on (i think its been mentioned on here before). x

Its probably amazing what they will do when times are hard, aslo see articlehttp://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=140

the publicity that the solicitors got for this case is phenomenal, though it has probably not made them best popular with the etablishment....I love that story, what the judges said is quality and was essentially 'get it up them' (british gas) LOL

as I understand it they will help all cases but it takes a number of weeks til you get to the top of the pile, unless you subscribe for a minimum donation of £20 in which case they will revert to you in around 2 working days, I think that gets you some phone advice/support. I am not really sure how it works but I will let you know. I signed up yesterday and emailed them my story, expect to hear from them tomorrow based on their timescales.

their email response to me was "At NACSA, our aim is to offer help to you and your family, and try to relieve some of the stress that you are currently facing. This does mean at times we are overwhelmed with people contacting us.

We will try to respond to your query within 48 hours, but our mission is to help everyone, and sometimes it can take us a little longer to get around to you all"

Lord Justice Jacob praised Ferguson for taking a stand against the company at great personal financial risk. "It is one of the glories of this country that every now and then one of its citizens is prepared to take a stand against the big battalions of government or industry"
