I'd contact them. I understand what they did was wrong but the very fact your posting means it's bothering you greatly. Why let that feeling continue when all it would take is a phone call?
Sometimes people don't like to make the first move...they might feel you would dismiss their apology for example. I know when I've done something wrong I've sometimes found in hard to say sorry in case they close the door in my face!!

Whatever happens, best of luck and have a lovely day tomorrow...many, many congrats - it sounds like your marrying a truly lovely woman : )
  • if this was me imho i would get married be happy and wait for them to contact you, why should you ahve to do all the leg running? we are going through a similar thing but with finace's grandparents not showing an interest in the kids only their daughters kids out of 10 grandchildren they are only interested in two and we are getting married this year doubt they will turn up because ive voiced my opinion that i do not want our children messed about, hey ho thats their loss if they dont bother.

Get married tomorrow, i hope you have a wonderful day and a happy future if they cant be bothered and show they want to be involved in your life leave them to it. xx

I'm getting married tomorrow to someone who I love with every fibre of my being. She has stood by me through thick and thin over the last few years, and I couldn't hope to be spending the rest of my days with a more perfect partner.
This is far and away the most important thing. I've been married a long time now to a wonderful woman, and trust me - it is.

Instead she decided that the best way to help me to resolve things was to be ignorant to my partner on the phone, and then proceed to publicly make a mockery of my relationship issues on Facebook with the help of my sister doesn't it?!)
This must be truly horrible for you, but to be rather brutal about it, it says to me your wife to be is a far better person than your Mum - sorry.

I'm not really sure what the best course of action is for you, but whatever happens, your wife and marriage takes priority. Best of luck to you both.

Don't let this spoil your day (or your wife's).
I'd also like to wish you a wonderful day (& life) xxxx
