If it's that easy why are you having so much difficulty buying? If the EA is overvaluing & people really want to sell then over time the prices will fall. Simple.

I sold it by making a board.... placing a for sale sign in my garden, amongst this, i did a mail shot in my local area.... 10000 leaflets in full colour cost me £99 and then got some people to deliver them form gumtree.com for a small fee....

EAs are greedy and they are fuelling the overheated housing market. Sad thing is that some buyers are taken in by their B&&**(t and pay over the odds.0
