I was wondering whether to risk towels and sheets on the line soon - looks like I might!Dusty, sorry, that got lost in translation. The cat doesn't have an angora blanket, it's just fleece, but when I've hand washed it my hands are totally covered in fur and it looks like I've got gloves on! Horrid, she sheds all year round and never gets any less fur.
All washing dry and put away now - amazing for mid February.
Pollybear, have you tired a Furminator for your cat? We have one for our dogs, best brush/comb we've ever tried - we got ours from Amazon but lots of places sell them.
I've found an app for iPhones that looks useful - it's called HomeRoutine (not particularly MSE at £2.99) but thought I could easliy spend that ona notebook making lists of what I should be doing (I like lists I have discovered!) I will start using it and report back - so far it looks good (you get gold stars for completing tasks ha ha!!)
Will report back on flying progress later - I don't hold out much hope as my new phone has arrived today and must be played with......
But the kitchen is still looking lovely! :j Almost 2 stones gone! :j

Hex, I haven't caught up but hope you managed to save some stuff from the phone x
No, but I did manage to get the previously dead laptop to start and recover most of the photos prior to November so it could be worse. It helps that I put a lot on Facebook. According to the bbc Facebook/Twitter have stolen my contacts anyway - perhaps I should ask them to give me a copy :rotfl:mind you was slightly depressed by lady in launderette asking me if I was still on my own and how long I had been...
Valli, FWIW I admire your strength in not going for mr.available and having the sense to see that actually content and single is far better than being in a couple and lonely. Not a comment on my current marriage (just in case my mother or DH is lurking!)

I try very hard to
I think it is a side effect of my job, I found out the hard way that if I let things get to me constantly then it was a self fulfilling prophecy. The men in white coats would have taken me away years ago. I bet the padded cells are clean which is attractive :A.
DW emptied and filled. Black bin danced in and filled. Is it bedtime yet?'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -

Thanks for that. Having had my mother ask me today if I was going to 'look' that's made me feel good about the decision! Since I don't feel there's anything 'missing' I am happy - as I always say - what would I want a man FOR? I mean, I have a tool box - but I don't need a tool;)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Oh dear I have been lazy today, although I have kept on top of the laundry and washing up. And I fed the children a few times too. But I haven't changed the littlest ones bed yet. They are in nursery so not half term for us, they go mon to wed and I sorted their bags on wed night as dd had a dirty tshirt in hers and ds' wellies wanted hosing down.
Have just done an online shop so Mr A coming tomorrow with free delivery.
I did plan to sort some toys in the conservatory, but forgot we'd arranged to go and play next door but one this morn, as they've got a little boy who is just a few months younger than dd. So at least we made a mess in someone else's house haha
Happy flying everyone.Bossymoo
