Diet can have a huge effect on your energy levels so I would definately look into trying to eat healthier - it doesn't mean suddenly switching to salads and steamed fish, but try replacing one element in each meal with something healthier, e.g. ditch the beans with dinner for vegetables, switch from butter to a healthier spread, have one less sausage and replace it with extra vegetables to fill you up, etc.0
