Is everyone ready to laugh at this
They sent me an areas collection department letter over wait for it £0.63 yes thats right 63p. After calling them and spending money on phoning them up to clear up this crap guess what they blamed the computer and said it was an error.
I have the original letter so i can very easily provide proof of my claim. Ever since they where no longer Great Universal they have gone down the toilet something chronic.
I wonder if BBC watchdog would love to get there hands on the letter they so thoughtfully sent me which cost them more than £0.63 which they thought was so urgent that they must have something i did not owe them:D:D:D
