Can any of my friends on this forum give us advice on a house exchange (one in Spain for one in England)
What are the problems or pitfalls in this operation.

My immediate reaction is "Use lawyers!" But make sure the ones you choose know about property law in England and Spain. I hope someone can be more helpful about how to find such lawyers ... but with so many Brits living in Spain there must be a niche market which some eagle eyed legal firm has filled!Signature removed for peace of mind0
