My OH purchased a computer game from the US and wasn't sure if it would work on his UK console, but decided to take the risk anyway. It didn't work so I listed it on ebay. I wanted to list it for sale in the US only but could only see the option to list in UK and US. So to make sure that somebody from UK wouldn't buy it…

poor you he sounds a little dumb technically you are in the right, offer him a refund if he pays postage costs - simply clearly point out it said will NOT work in the UK!
