Hi I am exploring options right now.

So far I am not experiencing good vibes with 2 companies:

121 car hire

argus car hire

Question are they one of the same company? I was quoted a price online and when making payment is then flags up ... " possible change in rate or timed out ... anyone else had this?

Also I wondered about excess insurance premiums ... I have a yearly policy which covers this yet they do their utmost to whack that on!

I'd like recommendations for companies to deal with hassle free please. Please share your experiences here ... thanks!
