Boiled it with some whole potatoes, and a bit of sugar for good measure, i changed the water twice and now its edible :rotfl:

I soaked my gammon gotten from Graig Organics on Amazon for 24hrs plus with frequent changes of water. I have now oven cooked it and it's fine.
Usually I buy ready cooked Ham from Farmison as it's non watery etc.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
