Mobiles.co.uk are being a nightmare! Please help!
I have a phone on a contact with mobiles.co.uk, I signed up to receive 10 months cashback. So far they have paid 2 months no problem, however they refuse to accept my bills claiming they are rejecting as the dates I state do not match those on the bill. I am practically pulling my hair out with this, I know the dates that the bills state and I am submitting this correctly, but no matter what I do they just reject them. It has got to the point where I now have 2 bills I need to submit and in a couple of weeks i'll have 3! This is not because I have left these last minute but just becuase they will not accept them!
I have tried ringing mobiles.co.uk but they do not answer even after 40 mins! I have been tried ringing their sales team and they do not answer either. They do not appear to advertise their email adress otherwise i'd try that route.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm regretting getting this contract now!!

You need to be specific if you want help.
1. When did you get the contract (date)
2. Which month did you submit each bill?
4 Bill dates.
Lots of help available, as long as you give actual facts.0 -
They do not appear to advertise their email adress otherwise i'd try that route.
After submitting an online query they reply from customer.support@mobiles.co.uk, so you can use this address instead of the online form.0 -
If you are sticking to the ts + cs, then go down the LBA and MCOL route!0

Before you do that (and that is what you should definitely do IF you've got things right) you need to be MUCH clearer on what you are doing. The way you describe/imply cashback works is incorrect - and we only have your statement that you do, in fact, know what you're doing.
First, you don't need to "state" any dates - so I'm not sure what you mean by it. More significantly, you cannot have TWO bills you are waiting to send on ONE contract - with a THIRD due soon. Only if the bills are at least two (and more probably three) months apart could that possibly occur - in which case you are well outside the timeframe for some of your claims already and (provided they WERE the correct bills and previosuly submitted etc) should have followed the path suggested by Quentin long ago.
I do suspect that you don't fully understand what you are supposed to be doing from your description, but Mobiles.co is now walking a VERY thin line (just narrowly avoided actual legal claims myself on more than one contract with them) so the situation is simple. Know what you are doing and sue if they don't do their part. Whether you really DO meet the first part will determine whether you should be pursuing the other.
Wasting time and effort calling them is futile and (even if they promised you the moon via that route) means absolutely nothing.0
