OFTEL will not be interested unless you have gone through the formal complaints procedure with the supplier and reached deadlock. None of this can be done by phone-you need to put your complaint in writing to VM.

hi macman.yes totaly agree i'm probably wasting my time as i was savvy enough to suffer no loss.but i think it's pretty bad that nothing realy can be done about this fraudulent misseling practices that now both virgin and ofcom are aware of?
this government keeps going on about cutting back on public services,yet how many of these useless watchdogs are being funded0 -
