Streaming quality great using Wii but disappointed with the choice - or lack thereof - and will be cancelling after free trial ends.
:D Make a list of important things to do today. At the top, put 'eat chocolate'. Now, you'll get at least one thing done today. :D

The only one I can see is from the MSE newsletter last week. There is a thread on HukD about it.

  • I recently signed up to Netflix for a free trial through Topcashback. When I couldn't get it to work on my TV, I cancelled the subscription within an hour.

However, I was suprised to receive an email today containing an £8 voucher for M&S! I didn't see this advertised on TCB or the Netflix website, so its worth a go for others...

If its not running anymore, then you get a bit of free cashback anyway :rotfl:
  • I recently signed up for Netflix and like others was shocked by the lack of recent titles. However, I quite like the way the site works in helping you select films. It also was a bit of shock to realise that our current internet package will not cope with many downloads to uprade would be another £10 a month so a bit counter productive. I have just received the M&S voucher but it doesn't seem to be working has anyone else had this problem?

    in what way?
I have a no limits BB connection
a limited connection would be no good to me
I have posted many times how to access the US material
however if you are on a limited BB package, then streaming isnt really for you
  • I received my voucher today as well, however when I went to make a purchase on the M&S website I was told at checkout that my gift code was invalid. Cue a call to Netflix, who said it was M&S' responsibility...call to M&S, who said it was Netflix's responsibility. According to M&S they have nothing to do with it, which I find odd, surely they assign the codes and PINs? Another call to Netflix, who seemed completely baffled by the whole thing, because the voucher is sent by an affiliate they don't have the ability to "just re-send" codes. So it's been passed on to someone else, and I should hear back "relatively soon" - they couldn't give a timeframe for a reply as they've never encountered the problem.

Anyone else experiencing difficulties redeeming their voucher? It's not a big deal as it's £8 for nothing, but still, it's the principle etc etc :-)
