Mistaken order from photobox - what would you do?

The subject of the email was 'Discussion Thread', which was not the subject of my original email, so I suspect they are reading this right now (hello nice photobox people!). This is the most exciting thing that has happened to me in weeks!0

LOL Daisy - glad it is all resolved - I am sure the nice lady who posted did mean what she said and wired got crossed at their end. And I have experienced long time off sick in the past, and yes, it is amazing what becomes an exciting event:D.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0

I agree 100% with this.

There is more than one person moaning on this short thread about problems contacting your company.
It's nice you come here and took notice, but, next time you are talking with your higher management. Tell them that if it is so much easier to actually contact the company to sort out these small problems, threads like this would not even appear on the net.................... You would have sorted them out before people felt the need to moan to others on the web (a big audience media vehicle).
Your internal comunication procedures need looking at as well. One moment you say it is OK to keep the extra pic, but the OP also recieved an email for the return of it.
There is also a rule on these forums that anyone posting as a company rep needs permission from the forum team before posting as a rep. A quick email to the team should sort this out.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

I had a glitch when ordering a Christmas present from the, said the payment hadn't gone through so I did it again. Then said I had ordered two. Phoned them the next day and they said they would stop the second order, then came back and said it was too late as it was already in the print room. They apologised, refunded me for the second order and told me to keep it when it arrived. Brilliant service so I am sure they will let you keep it.Sell £1500
