Mistaken order from photobox - what would you do?

Sorry, I don't think this is the right place to post this but can't see any board that looks better.
I recently bought a framed print of a holiday picture from Photobox for my sister's birthday. It is in a silver-look frame.
It has just arrived, and is perfect. However at the same time in another package, the same picture (my own photo so I haven't got someone else's order by mistake) has come, it is a slightly bigger size and has a black frame.
I definitely only ordered one, and have checked my account and my bank account and I've only paid for one. It's weird because in my account history for that order it says "two items", but if I then go into more details of the order, the only details there are of the one item I actually ordered.
Have tried phoning them and gave up after a while on hold, will try again later, but in the meantime just wondered if anyone has any ideas what could have happened - I have scoured their website for any mention of BOGOF deals or anything but can't see any.
I'd happily keep the free photo as it's a lovely one, but I feel like I'm stealing!

Well it's a photo of yours and it's not going to be any use to anyone else so l'd keep it.

Keep it! Don't phone them either.0

sassyblue this is kind of what I was thinking but I still feel like I'm stealing! If they won't answer their phone, though, there's not much more I can do. It's an 0845 number too so I'm NOT holding for hours...0

If it's bothering you then I would maybe drop them an email explaining they seem to have sent you two items by mistake and do they want you to return one. Chances are they will just say 'keep it' anyway - I mean what are they going to be able to do with a copy of your holiday snap? - but at least you are covered then in case they realise later and try and charge you for the additional one.0

And if you feel you have to ring them, look for an alternative number on Saynoto0870make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
They will not use it again so I would keep it - you have done nothing wrong, their error.0

Legally and morally, you have to let them know about the extra item. If you can't contact them by phone, letter or email should suffice.
They may very well let you keep the extra photo, but if they want it returned, it should be at their cost and your conveniance for the return. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Thanks everyone. I am going to send them an email and see what they say.0

I would contact them. Theyll probably let you keep it - and who knows might give you a discount voucher or something for your honesty. Youve got nothing to loose!0

It's a good idea to let them know, as someone said they could try and charge you for it later.
Chances are they will tell you to keep it rather than have it returned at their expense.Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219.
