Thanks all. I have sent an email (although that was a challenge in itself - I had to go through a million menus confirming that yes, I really do want to email you - NO, my question is not answered on your FAQ page - yes I'm sure - JUST LET ME EMAIL YOU!)

This has happened to me a few times with Photobox and I have never had them come back to me.
Recently this was on the free photobook so I ended up with 2 photobooks of my wedding pictures and all I had to pay was P&P:j0 -
Even when I order prints my order states 2 items, seems to be something their system does, so that doesn't solve the mystery!0

Ooh wow are there people whose job it is to go through internet forums just to look for photobox customer service issues? Just googled the makegood@photobox.com email address and it comes up on loads of forums in the same sort of way. Thanks, Antia - I have emailed my order ref to that address.0

Strange.......................But at one time there was a Comet rep almost permanently on Praise Vent and Warnings, there were so many complaints!0 -
I have received an email back from them with a freepost address to post the print back to
I was kind of hoping they'd say 'just keep it', lol...though I know I couldn't expect that. So for all you people who suggested keeping my mouth shut and keeping it, shame on you! :P 0 -
But a couple of posts up Anita has said keep it *shrugs* I'd be tempted to PM her first on here and check. Silly to return it if they wouldn't really want it back.:D0

Mmmmm, but you have it in writing here that you could keep it...I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Good point...plus, as I am signed off work ill at the moment (I never normally spend this much time online!) it will need to wait until I can get someone to go to the post office for me which, as OH is at work before the PO opens and finishes after it shuts, might be a while!0

Ok, have now received ANOTHER email telling me that the first email was in error and I can keep the frame and won't be charged for it.0
