End of contract, 12 months video talk and text 700

Hi

On a 12 months free line rental deal with Mobile rainbow, network is 3, video talk and text 700. Can't find terms and condition, so what happens if I dont cancel? Asume it will go to PAYG. If I wanted to cancel, when will I have to do that?

I have used the search, however I couldn't find answer.

Why would you assume it would go to PAYG? If you don't cancel you will then start paying so much per month.

Cancel exactly one month before. Otherwise they will charge you £35 per month or whatever the monthly amount is for your tariff

If it is a 12 month contract, you should be able cancel once you are on m11 (as you pay in advance) - 30 days notice then takes you to the end of m12 (but check that this will not cause complications with your cashback if you still have anything left to claim - I always wait until I know the bill has been prepared before phoning to cancel).
