Can anyone recommend a good nail varnish to do a glitter sandwich with?
After it was mentioned on here I'm intrigued to find out for myself what the results can be. I have a decent glitter I can use, just need a colour to put it with!0 -
Really want that, where did you buy from please? Didn't realise they were available already!
Received two orders yesterday; ten Cheeky stamping plates and two polishes: Cover Band Sticks & Stones and Nail-Venturous Floam :-)
Just Boots in town, nowhere specialSeemed to be selling fast though.

Bought FF in superdrug for £2.99 (thanks for the heads up burnoutbabe) and yet another purple polish, was Revlon plum night & from poundland. It is so dark it's almost black, so I tried a few coats of the FF on top to lift it, it looked great but didn't wait long enough & managed a big smudge, lucky I'd just tried it on 1 nail though.
Want a glittery holo type polish really but reluctant to pay too much. Did see lot's of glittery ones in Claire's accessories, has anyone tried them?Booo!!!0 -

I've got tried any Claire's Accessories ones, but my fave glitter holo is China Glaze Fairy Dust. It's a glitter top coat that turns any polish into a holo. Nails Inc Electric Lane is very similar.0 -
Anyone tried FF over No7 Poolside Blue yet? Two coats of FF looks brill. I tried to take a pic earlier but my stupid phone wouldn't pick it up.Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0

I did mine last night using Technic Carnival and Chanel Ballerina - I shall add pics to my blog tonight but it looks very similar to sawana jawbreaker! I think it can be a really pretty look or a really fierce look depending on the polish colour. Can't wait to try it with a darker colour and maybe a matt top coat.1008 Hollywalk Park Blog0 -
