its little beads i need to pour over the polish, looks lovely on the bottle, bet it looks strange on nails. Think I'll stick with just one nail of it though.0 -

Hi princess, we aren't allowed to post links to blogs on this thread, hence why we don't post here anymore.
Thought I'd let you know so that you didn't get in trouble.0 -
I'd llike to HIGHLY recommend jacava nail polish. Here's what I know about them:-
- No Formaldehyde (causes nasal cancer)
- No DBP (causes lung cancer and other respiratory problems)
- No Toluene (Causes Asthma in previously healthy individuals)
- No Camphor (Crosses the placenta and can cause in-vitro death. That's right - it can kill your unborn baby)
- JACAVA does NOT contain ANY of the above - which is excellent.
their website:- http://www.jacava.com and I'd really recommend you check out their try it on page:- http://www.jacava.com/colour-selector.html
and finally I love damson delight and city heights. Love them!

Nails inc had a tsv on qvc yesterday, 25 quid for 7 polishes! It included some pretty colours but have resisted as have some similar colours and liz earle super skin tsv is tomorrow which I am considering! Reorganized my collection the other day. I store my polishes in a three tier plastic tower with deep plastic drawers. I have 2 towers I got from Aldi once, they are pink! My collection fits in 2 and a half drawers of one of the towers! Makeup is stored in the other tower!0

Just found this thread - loving it! You've probably all seen the expensive 'Velvet Manicure' product around, I've just tried my own DIY (thrifty!) version! It's at www dot nailsapart dot com /2012/10/red-velvet-flocking-powder-manicure.html0

yes, i have tried them. They were £2.50 in my local superdrug.
I found them hard to get on, the pourer kept getting clogged so they wouldn't run smoothly out. So i had to shake out and into a dish and then push nails onto the beads in the dish.
Ended up looking 6/10 - some beads missing in spots.
however, the feel of it was HORRIBLE. Couldn't wait to get it off that night, like i had jagged bumpy nails all day. Maybe would be better not on thumbs but say little finger that I don't use as much.0 -
I used these yesterday, but only as a feature. I have a spiderweb stamp on my middle finger, with a sticky spider on it, and used it to go around the edges with a few balls, turned out quite well because they don't seem to layer very well. I'll try a full nail at some point, but think I'll use polish, rather than a top coat to stick them to.
It is weird and whilst I'm not picking them off, they've lasted several hand washes, and a sleep. If you happen to forget you've got them on and scratch something, it's like there's sandpaper there taking a layer of skin off!
Cute, but dear @ £3, and not overly good to apply.Has anyone tried the MUA nail constellations? at £3 wonder if it's worth a shotburnoutbabe wrote: »yes, i have tried them. They were £2.50 in my local superdrug.
