Some of my nails look that bad sometimes . I try and clean them up with a cotton bud + remover but it sometimes it doesn't work + if I put too much remover on I'd take the polish off too. How does everyone else clean cuticles up ? Is there a way or tip to do this that I don't know about ?0 -
Hi again,
can anyone tell me were the best place in the UK is to buy some nice polish with BIG chunks in please? Something like dollish polish ones that's about 1/4 way down the page (green)

Not sure where the best place to buy is (I usually try ebay first) but that looks a bit like the Nubar Polka dot polishes. There's black and white and I think they're really pretty.0 -

If I get a little bit on my cuticles I clean it off straight away with an orange stick, before it dries. If I've stamped my nails or done a water marble or something that's really messy I usually use a cotton bud, or sometimes a little make up brush dipped in remover. I know what you mean about it taking the polish off too, so I don't clean up until after I've top coated. That way it'll only take a bit of the top coat off, not the actual polish.0 -

I'm fascinated now, I'll have to go through the whole blog.
Oh dear god, bloody awful.

I find cotton bud too thick and cannot control it very well, but like Starrystarry find a small make up brush and remover better. If you polish at night and don't clean up, the excess will come off pretty cleanly in the shower next morning, use tip of thumb nail around cuticle etc, polish on nail stays on, but that on skin comes off.:)The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. I've ordered the TSV already as it's available online. Here is a link. I wonder if OPI are creating colours exclusively for QVC to compete with Nails Inc but then they do produce them exclusively for Ulta in the US. As said before though a friend at work is buying the coral and darker pink which I thought was red. I only have one blue which is a cream formula - this one looks shimmery. I only have one sheer pink - OPI Passion which is a mini bottle and doesn't have much left in it and don't own a sheer like the Pirouette one at all. I didn't bother with the AD because I only like the sound of 2 of the colours in it which are from the new A/W Germany collection and I don't like gold or plum colours very much so I have still been :money: I think. Also, if it doesn't sell out (I personally think it will at that price) the normal QVC price isn't bad either so if I decide I like the August colours next time it won't be much of a hike in price to pay.

I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I really can't decide...
I want Pirouette my Whistle - its the only Ballet Collection one i was interested in.
Sea you in Hollywood (the blue) is QVC only so i sorta want that too.
The ohers i'm not overly fussed about but its only £28 pound so not too much more for the other colours.
I'm not ordering yet as interested possibly in the auto delivery - but won't know until i see the pics when they air.I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler0 -
LOL at VALM frantically trying to justify each and every bottle in the TSV.0

Finally got my CG riviting from the Beauty Show last weekend, only to get another one in my JolieBox today. How is brilliant super lava-like orange a flower colour? I'll have to risk swapping it now:(Noli nothis permittere te terere

Have you tried using a cosmetic cotton bud, they are a different shape and easier to use.0
