rachel90, can't help you re the neons. I'm too pale to get away with neon, think they look better with darker skin. How are your nails doing? Seeing any improvement yet?
I love neons and i'm paler than pale...... I'm white pale so i think (hope?) it looks ok).
Like Lady S i have the Color Club Neons and they are pretty good for the price.
I also have some China Glaze neons and they are really horrible to apply, BUT they are from a few seasons ago whereas some bloggers have been reviewing some new ones this year and they seem really good.I'm so boring, my clothes wanna keep someone else warm, someone cooler0 -

After I read the post by someone asking if you'd left a plastic cover on I went back to one I'd had the same problem with and discovered that I had indeed left plastic on it.
It came from HK in a strange batch of different shaped ones and had clear plastic so I didn't notice it. I'd tried several times and the scraper appeared to be scratching the plate but obviously was just scratching the plastic. I had to take my glasses off and get some very sharp tweezers but I eventually won the battle and got the cover off- hurrah!
Thanks to whoever it was that pointed out this could be a possibility. Not that it improves my stamping much but that really is just me being crap0 -

I've got several glitters from there. The little green glitter over a Barry M bright green is fab!0 -

Hello
I adore Black Taxi from Nails Inc, it's super glossy. It has a great consistency and is easy to apply. It's easy to get it looking spot on. Pop some Seche Vite on top and you'll be admiring them all day
It's also great to put glitters over0 -
