yes thats right, its is indeed very important to get a written letter or email detailing the offer as they can deny it later and you would have no proof.

I had a war with CPW this time last year after the upgrade I was promised disappeared into the ether.
Conveniently, the recording of the phone call disappeared and no notes were left. It took me 3 months of calling and being fobbed off before they finally honoured the deal.0 -
