Does that mean you no longer need to keep telling us what's going on over there?
I'm fighting it I really am.
I just want to see their reaction to todays massive price rise :rotfl:
The chain will have come off for sure.We love Sarah O Grady0 -
Why do you have such a problem with them? Fine they have a different view to what you believe, but why do you let them get to you? Just ignore them and fill your life with things that don't stress you out as muchI'm fighting it I really am.

Thanks but they dont stress me out.
It's entertainment for me. I like hammering them.
They asked for it and should never have started such a rotten website.
Now everyday makes me laugh. All of them giving up and destroyed. :rotfl:We love Sarah O Grady0 -
I think you are wrong that the HPCers are giving up. Some of them have done remarkably well staying out of the housing market. Here's Bruce Banner today:I'm expecting another 30% nominal drop, but not overnight, it'll take a few more years.
I've been renting for over five years and am well over £100K in pocket compared to where I would have been had I bought the house I'm renting.
I love my rented home and am getting on with my life with jam today0 -
Wait, there's more. Bruce provided this 10 minutes later:My rent is £900pcm against a purchase price of £350,000 (was £400,000 when I moved in five years ago). South East by the way.0
-
And 4 minutes later:I could pay cash, but I'd lose more in bank interest than I pay in rent.0

well done sibley, the epic internet battle waged on this website between an irrelevant BTL landlord with a portfolio of 24 sockpuppets and the HPC website (which is on another website and not this website and as a result hasn't noticed the epic internet battle in which it has been so ruthlessly hammered) is finally over.
having defeated the forces of darkness and completed your mission, I assume you can now shut up about it.0 -
I've had a few Sam Song and Cokes tonight.
Also, I'm probably too thick to work the figures out but I'd like to know how Bruce Spanner has come out of all this so well.
900 sovs a month plus council tax and bills and he still reckons he's 100k better off?????
How much would he need in the bank to achieve that?
He's on good dough. I thought he said before he was a traffic warden or something.:rotfl:We love Sarah O Grady0 -

More than that I'd like to know how he managed to get a property worth £400k (now £350k) for just £900 a month. Bit disappointed to see that he didn't put all that cash into gold as he would have done much better than he has. Here are some examples of £900 pcm houses in the area that I know well (Portsmouth) - I wonder how many people living in these houses have £350k to £400k in the bank.
