Court claim form - Help!!

Does it relate to this? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/34794670

Assuming you are genuine, Lulu, you need to scan or photograph this document and pass it to one of the guys above. If it actually is a claim form it will need to be defended and will be transferred to your local Court- Northampton is a central "clearing house" for claims. If it is not a genuine Court document the company is committing an offence under the Administration of Justice Act and should be reported to Trading Standards for action.
Please don't be offended by my statement, as it's not unknown for the cowboy companies to pose as contributors, and put up misleading posts on forums to try to undermine the good work that they do.
But above all, don't panic- read all the other threads where the cowboys were misguided enough to take it to court and were duly spanked.0 -
I would send the form to alexis27 on here if you can, dont trust help from people sending private messages offering to help, lambs in wolves clothing etcHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

In response to whether it has been stamped, there is a northampton county court stamp with small letters saying CCBC. The envelope has a postage paid in newcastle upon tyne but on the back says to return to Northampton if undelivered.
Am really rather clueless about scanning forms to show what I have received so I am trying to give as much information as possible.
As time limit is only 14 days, I am in a complete dilemma over whether to respond to it or can I carry on ignoring as I have with the others?
This document asks for personal details such as my employment and how much my bank account is in credit by!!!0 -
Right before you go further you need the help of the people from pepipoo link below. Register and post a new thread in the private parking forum, provide as much details as possible. You must not ignore this, you need to make response that you are defending this, also to transfer it to your local court as its a right that you can do this. And you haven't ignored other such letters, have you ?
https://www.pepipoo.comExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
CCBC means County Court Bulk Centre. I have never seen a county court claim form which asks you for those personal details as these can only be sought after a judgment has been recorded and you haven't paid. What is the number of the form? This is usually (not always) starting with N followed by numbers and is usually in the bottom left corner, but look for it in other corners. This may help us understand what this is about.0

Reading what you wrote above again, is this a judgement that you haven't defended ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

Lulu, you have come on here asking for help but you are not giving us any information which would enable us to help you. From your posts you sound like an intelligent person, so even if you are not equipped to do a scan I am sure that you could pass on details of what is printed on this form you have received so that we can identify and advise you on it.
As I am sure you will understand, from time to time bogus posts are made by the Parking Cowboys posing as ordinary people and giving out untrue stories of having been taken to Court- in an attempt to frighten their victims into ignoring our advice and paying their fake charges. They know they can't win REAL court cases, so they invent them instead.
Now I've had a fair bit of experience dealing with Northampton and other County Courts, and I cannot reconcile what you have described above, with usual Court procedures. That's why we need more details to confirm whether you're genuine, whereupon you will get the help you need.0 -
I've merged the new topic with the OP's original thread.
Thanks Alexis27 (post #32) for the heads-up

The code in the bottom left hand corner is N9CPC response pack (04.06).
I am unsure with what type of information you need in order to help me as I have never been in this position before so I am trying to be as helpful as possible.
There is a claim number and an issue date which considering I only received this letter on the date of my first post seems a while ago as it says 13th Jan 2012.
If there are specific details you need then please ask as I am more than happy to provide them.
I am in the process of filling in the acknowledgment of service but again am unsure what box to tick.
Do I tick I intend to defend all of my claim, part of the claim or contest jurisdiction?
This document has thrown me so apologies for sounding so unsure about it all.0
