I have just applied for Skills Tutor - anyone out there who has applied for this job with Ingeus? Have got telephone interview later this week. Was excited about it until just read all the negative press! Thought it sounded too good to be true!

Hi all,

A pal of mine has just been advised they have got through to the telephone interview, just wondered if anyone can give any tips on the questions asked or situation based evaluation questions posed ?

Also, for those guys who passed the telephone interview, did you pass your one-to-one, and if so how are you finding life at Ingeus as an employement adviser ?

Does anyone work or have worked for Ingeus in Harlow? Reading so many negative comments is making me think twice about continuing with my application. I have got through to the telephone interview. Obviously i realize all the offices and areas cant be the same but really don't want to waste my job searching time either so if anyone knows about or has worked for the Harlow branch please let me know!!! thank you:)

I've got my telephone interview next week for the Ingeus. Im really nervous since reading all this stiff online. Please, please, please tell me what it was like, what did they ask - anything will help!!!

I would really appreciate some guidance. I have the face o face and computer assessment coming up. Ive been out of work for a while but have managed to pass the telephone interview.

Has anyone recently passed the face to face? Would you be willing to give some guidance on questions, computer test and role play.
